I asked if TPG will be updating the merger announcement details, given it was announced August 2018 on information that is now historical. I got this response.

Once all regulatory conditions to the merger deal have been satisfied, TPG will send a Scheme Book to its shareholders ahead of a shareholder vote on the Scheme. The Scheme Book will include, amongst other things, updated financials. If all goes according to plan, our current best estimate is that we will be sending the Scheme Book to shareholders around May/June.
