    Hi bullswood your post lead me to do some research on MUE and BAO.I hold from a BAO perspective.BAO holds 12 million of MUE so the 9.5c divy to BAO is about $1.2 million.BAO is looking at lifting the dividend stopper and trades at 4.6c yet has an NTA of 13.4c.Also unlisted trust MPIF is held by BAO.Obviously these entities are linked to a certain degree.
