Have the valuations turned around? Will EuroHypo bank be around for much longer? What will management decide to do with the cash? If they pay down debt to avoid an LVR breach is that just flushing good money down the toilet? Will the European financial system implode taking the German economy with it and further reducing RE values?
I reduced my holding to a token amount post the 9.5c divi and will wait and see what happens this year.
No doubt a huge amount of value here, but plenty of risk to go with it.
