    Yes, ASIC is determined to set legal precedents to make sure it doesn't happen again. However, the outcome of the High Court appeal will not reverse the PIF/ARL transaction.

    Sadly ASIC is not in the business of rescuing PIF unit holders or ARL shareholders. They will have to do that themselves...
