Good decision. I don't think anybody apart from the most rabid Biden backers on here was seriosuly suggesting that the DoJ alone could decide what was classified and what wasn't. That's not how the system is meant to operate and thankfully not how it will operate.

"The Court does not find it appropriate to accept the Government’s conclusions on these important and disputed issues without further review by a neutral third party in an expedited and orderly fashion,” the judge wrote."
