Agree that the company can't control what is written by bloggers or social media contributors... but they need to be all over this type of platform to project the integrity of BLT's reputation. I was less than impressed at the reactive time frame and approach PF facilitated in his rebuttal of KSS... It was very sloppy and not well orchestrated. That was certainly a missed opportunity to gain some more exposure through social media!

We've also seen the contemptuous approach of relevant people who are not overly interested in the content of blogs / social media platforms... Any Board Member or Manager worth their salt would allocate a portion of their schedule to reviewing such content and addressing the outcomes either directly or in-directly!
