Business Management Policies, Procedures and Systems... I believe the lack of these to be a significant contributing to the schizophrenic management, display and dissemination of information surrounding Benitec, is business subsidiaries, time frames and milestones!

BLT needs to develop Business Management Policies and Procedures that ensure:
- Business information is CURRENT and ACCURATE at the time of release;
- Business information is UPDATED as soon as possible when changes occur;
- Business information is RELEASED in a STRATEGIC manner that keeps current and prospective stakeholders ENGAGED with the scope and status of BLTs journey (Well-conceived and well-written trickle feeds that hold up the suspense rather than just dumping a load of rubbish into the marketplace that is ambiguous and doesn't actually have any substance);
- Being PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE in ensuring that issues being discussed on blogs such as hotcopper (or similar social media) that may impact upon the Share Price are corrected in a timely manner by the STRATEGIC RELEASE of RELEVANT CORRECT information.

All of these elements are not at all currently well managed (or managed at all) by the current Board and Management of BLT... Business 101 really!
