You are correct at this moment in time. But the oil price at these levels will put America fracking producers out of business as the Average costs are about $50/ b.
I expect this price to be short term 1 yr - 2 yr, by that time SNE should come on line with costs around $35/b I can only see upside for the partners involved, the question is will FAR survive until then. Curtail cash burn, slashing salaries, would be a good start.
