Yeah a few mid cap ASX O&Gs have borrowed recently (approx 12-18 months ago) at sub 6% rates for what are either CSG fields or offshore victorian gas.
Surprised me that FAR had to pay close to 10% for secured debt on a tier one asset and is looking at 14% junior debt.
