The SP of 1.2 cents means FAR’s market capital now stands at just less than A$120 million and they also have approximately A$160 million cash in the bank.
So I’ve decided to make FAR a very reasonable and lucrative cash offer.
My offer is ZERO AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and in return I will take SNE and all their other oil assets off their hands. To sweeten the deal they must also give me $40 million in cash for my trouble.
This deal will leave FAR with $120 million cash in the bank and as this equates to the same market capital as they now have they will be no worse off.
FAR should find this offer very attractive after all it will put them out of their misery by relieving them of all responsibilities.
Wonder if FAR will be able sell the merits of this deal to the shareholders. What do you think ?
