If you think all bikes are the same, you have lost touch with reality. It's like saying my 2001 Holden Rodeo Dual Cab 2.8 litre turbo diesel is the same as a porsche, all I have to do is put my foot on the acelerator.I too grew up in a poor household Watso, but I decided I didn't want to look or act like a hobbo like my parents. I wear brand labels because mostly they function better and they look smart. It also makes people think that you care about your appearance and own self worth. I spend about $700 a year on clothing, not alot, but always manage to look respectable and fashionable. Sorry I spent $719 this year because I bought a pair of Rip Curl rubber thongs for $19 at the airport. I too know people that wear $2 thongs, $4 dollar sunies, and a $3 watch, they also drive a $1300 commodore and live at Doveton(melb), Davoren Park(adelaide) or Mount Druitt(Syd)
