At this point looks like plenty of people willing to buy near the raise price and let Patto's holders come to them. No reason for buyers to move higher with the overhang. Real question is how small of a profit will Patto's clients take. Not a bad thing for holders to clear overhang down here and then hopefully have some buyer demand left afterwards to push it higher. Alternative is overhang caps any movement upwards.
