Absolutely not. All NDO has to do is refer to brokers recommendation. Mind you there are lots of reasons that NDO can give suffice to say refer them to NDO web site.
Nags, I don't think speeding ticket will slow this rolling machine down, if any it might force NDO to give some more exposure to the market and bring the stock on the "not yet investors" radar screen.
