High dose THC should be no different from prescription for opium based pain meds.
Although there is some early research suggesting benefits of cbd can be enhanced when combined with some thc. IMO more research will see more complex products with greater direct benefit and I dont necessarily think it will be "high" thc content. Depends on your definition of high is.
