Lets not beat around the bush, this is a register EV play .. the business is nothing special, no point arguing about the technical merits or otherwise.
If the register is divied up right + the escrow component, the right aftermarket support could see this bunt. I'm sure news will flow regardless and it could do really well.
Long term, nothing in this one unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat in my view. As noted above, the tech will be outdated in the coming years, big competition in the space and huge companies entering.
