Yes I believe so as they need the arrangement whether it be a JV or whatever they want to call it in order to then commercialise it and then sell to the market. Other then to there JV partner of course.
In order for that to happen it will have to be soon, at least to have some formal announcement. HOA or MOU or whatever it might be.
Then the testing phases etc, unless that is already happening??
