There are a number of reasons to explain the buying imho.
Obviously it could be the Qcide progression.
It could be something to do with BPO's other projects.
Also BPO have stated that they plan to acquire another cash flow positive business at some stage. So the buying could be becasue of this. I assume to acquire another business BPO would have to rasie capital. So that could be a bad thing.
One thing i do know is someone or some people are accumulating these babies with pretty sizeable buy orders.
