As I think i have posted before Ruffy has bought CKL as a blocker and will sit there forever. He did it with NCI until the board had no other option.

CKL is not core to PGH and would be dilutive to PGH. Having said that it would fit nicely in PPG with PPG being its distributor.

When the share price softens further Ruffy may top up, but I suggest that a Merger of PPG and CKL is more likely than an outright acquisition. the goal would be to combine the 2 businesses but still have enough in the tank to make further acquisitions. Leveraging PPG with debt for a CKL acquisition would hinder future acquisitions.
