I agree with your assessment BF.
It is only a matter of timing before PPG and CKL merge. With a market cap in the mid $m40's and debt at a similar level CKL could almost be regarded as a stressed business and needs a capital restructure or merger into a stronger company.
I think the new chairman of PPG once settled in will make some aggressive moves, don't be surprised to see the PPG share price surge higher as they may want to use script in any play and the PPG chairman injected $10m of his own money at 43c last year.
