What are your assumptions fellow estimators? Giving the number is useless if you don't state your assumptions and reasoning.
Let's look at the 4 parts of the business:
1. Slater Aus
2. Slater UK
3. SGS
4. NIHL
According to Mr. Grech, Aus and SGS are on target. NIHL and UK in trouble.
NIHL + UK equals approximately 20-30% of slater's revenue and profit estimation. Let's say those two areas are not profitable for the year now, then the maximum one should deduct from EBITDAW is 30%.
Only way you can deduct more than this from the 205mil figure is that you expect those 2 areas to be negative and/or SGS and Aus also not pulling their weight either.
