Article in the AFR today about Spaceship mentions Raiz

If Raiz acquired Spaceship, I wonder how sticky the Spaceship subscribers would be?
Raiz has a portfolio of passive ETFs (plus crypto and some property), where Spaceship also has an actively managed fund. Would those Spaceship investors stick with Raiz if active fund management was no longer an option for them?
However, it would be a quick way for Raiz to increase its Australian subscriber base (which is already cash flow positive). Thoughts?
