I would hope they would keep the managed funds - be cool to have both passive and active.
My biggest wonder here is what would Spaceship be worth? I mean RZI currently only has a market cap of $36m... with about $20m in Rev... Spaceship only has $9m of rev according to the article... meaning their value would be less than $20m... also not sure how the convertible notes would impact fully.
Also... surely AMP or Mercer would just buy RZI? More cutomers, more diversified product and more revenue?
