The bigger that potential lost opportunity for Manomin Sarl ( drill results would be a great indicator of that ), due to the cancelling of the mining right; should it be decided that it was wrongly forfeited ; would most likely only lead to a hiking of compensation payout.

Manomin won't be getting the tenement back, this is a compo hunt; the granting of the tenement to AVZs JV partner Cominiere will remain in place even if its decided that it was wrongly forfeited and this is what many side liners probably don't realise. A decision in favour of Manomin would likely result in a sell off by some holders and these will be welcome pickings by others
