    Thanks Major. Agree $3 would be a min TO price given their scalability. Moreover, I'd feel somewhat cheated given my expected timeframe to hold. Not sure they won't increase their stake in the near future as they really seem to be the drivers of the project and have most at stake.

    As I'm typing this I get hit on my bid. Just beer money at this stage though. LOL
