It really depends on who lodged their complete documentation first, that would be the order, in my view. Even though TPT struck a deal first it doesn't mean they completed all their documenation before PVD.

Old management has both benefits and pitfalls, one thing that often lacks is youthful enthusiasm and a go gettem attitude and also a willingness to change. On the other hand youthful enthusiasm can also bring on its own issues.

Gonna be interesting to see where both these companies are in 2 years and who's formula takes the prize, because it would be unusual for both to do really well.
