    TPT reported on the 18th July all documentation was finalised with OHYNM in q'ly report and on 23 July PVD reported that in principal approval was given from the minister and they were expecting it to be completed early August. Late August now and everyone still waits....and waits.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
