    I don't think you need to guess about the causes of IGO's share price decline.

    Management botched (IMO) a takeover deal in the past and many current shareholders feel that they have now offered too much for SIR.

    In addition, gold and Ni prices have been slaughtered, which must affect their bottom line in the short to medium term (despite meeting all production targets).

    It's a perfect storm and with the sub notices changing almost daily, you can see the instos are having a field day.

    Shorts are at all time highs.

    Unfortunately, we may well see lower IGO prices as none of these factors look like changing.

    However, looking ahead some months, once the SIR deal is stitched up, Ni prices, in particular, stabilise/rise as per expectations and the shorts have to cover, I think IGO will be an absolute gem of a company.

    All my opinions.
