It would be foolish to value Nova on the current price of nickel. You need to value it on a consensus view of the price of nickel once production starts. It is not selling anything at the current price.
As for AISC, this has been known since the DFS and repeatedly stated around $2.30 AUD. Compare the estimated mine life and AISC to Long and you will see why they want it.
Had IGO been able to foresee the crash in the nickel price, they may well have waited to strike. But I don't remember too many people calling it, in fact none.
Cross your fingers EL, you never know, someone may rescue you beloved IGO with a better offer for SIR later this week.
