Suncorp would prefer to sell the bank division.
Nab said they would be keen to buy.
Ben wouldn't have the financials for a purchase and I think
a capital raise would be a massive stretch.
If Sun merged it’s bank with Ben shares could be issued to Sun shareholders. They suggest Sun’s bank is 5b so very close with Ben share price. Merger of equals??
