In a normal joint venture, two or more parties join forces to bring a project into being. Each party provides different things to complete the project and responsible an account for themselves.

If I a talking nonsense here you can completely ignore my post but if you are tickled by what I say below you are welcome to join in please. It?s only my speculations; don?t think I have any inside information. I am clueless.

Togo owns the phosphate in the ground and infrastructure so obviously, there will have a bigger cut of any proceed that eventuates (and whatever anyone care to contribute).

SSC don?t have the money or the ownership of the resource but wants in. Hopefully not to its own detriment and no one in its right mind would go into a joint venture without knowing that it will/hopefully profit from the venture.

The commodity in question is phosphate, a highly coveted resource to be in for now and into far distant future and Togo seem to have lots of it. How far into the future? 200 years? OMG, everyone, myself included, I guarantee will not be here to see the end of it. But did Togo have 200 years of phosphate in the ground?

Will SSC have to come up with the money and how without dilution?
    Answer:
Another party to the JV? Funding partners already found.

    What is SSC cut?

The cut of the cake is now shared with a third party. Yeah may be this project is just the icing.

With dilution we must consolidate with the 1.7b many shares we now have and increasing if we continues to provide incentives and rewards at low price. Some of us will get off this train for sure.

I came into the scene for Peelwood and Monty, so as I said long term. Don?t know of Togo until August but for now Togo seemed the next target to look forward to. Some dread more acquisitions I don?t really care as long as sp goes up and keeps on going up.

    I think:

    Togo will get 50%
    SSC will get 40%
Funding Partners will get 10% (interest)
Any other partner gets nothing there's not enough cake to go around,;o) just for a laugh. Keep happy its Spring.
