There is still plenty of time for them to build a position. The investment wouldn’t return any funds until 27/28. So unless another company comes knocking I think they will bide their time.
I am not invested in PLS but if they have immediate expansion opps internally I can see those being first in line for the CAPEX.
I think it makes plenty of sense for the two companies to be tied up. But there is still a longish road ahead to get PMT to production.
