A potentially interesting issue in the future.

IMO, PLS is the best Buy-Out option for Patriot.
A B.O is going to happen, maybe not now or in 6 months but, someone's going to have a crack in the next 12-18 months and that will force everyone else to "prevent" someone from stealing this asset for 3-4B.

I've looked at every other miner, battery maker and PLS just seems the best fit.
Also, I'd like owning a PLS/with PMT resource for the next 5+ years.
That would be a nice spicy meatball with growth and divies.

A bit of a problem though...

Ken is STILL a major PLS shareholder. In the T20.
It would be tricky for the PMT chairman to remove himself from the final decision.
Sure, they'll pick an independent 3rd party etc. to look at all bids.

I just feel there will be 2-3 bids and each will have an interesting cash/script mix.
If PLS doesn't blow everyone else away, it will just look funny.

Then there's the Ken/PLS shareholder.
He'd surely want that combo for his PLS shares to grow.
Does he pick up the phone?

It's a nice problem to have.
Strangely, if it looks like they are going to get taken out...
I think Ken resigns as he joined to help build the resource.
If someone else is going to build it...PLS or whoever. He's not needed.

Something to think about down the road.
