I believe we may see a bid for PMET BEFORE the MRE..I think it will allow the offeror to be FIRST MOVER and there will definitely be other offers but a FIRST MOVER offer before the MRE could distract other bidders with a break fee etc etc..Kinross bought Great Bear BEFORE A resource calculation using this model...just my opinion but I hope we see an offer presented at Quebec Critical Minerals conference next week..I hope we get to $25 next week and offer comes in at $35-40 with subsequent upside from competing offers
Interesting indeed and I agree with logic. The bid before MRE concept has been done in the past.
This post would have been rampish but, Patriot themselves decided to go into defence mode today. They have ALL the info, we know nothing. Why bring a M&A expert in NOW? Why not in 6 or 12 months?
Time will tell.
