I dont think that would be any kind of problem for K B. I mean; are you kidding ? I think he'd be able to keep himself busy and useful in a combined entity.
I am pretty certain all the management at PLS would have Ken back in a heartbeat, and his wide experience would help the 'operational merger' be a success.
