Yippee! Announcement re Merger, bring it on........ It can't come quick enough for me. I want to do the the Gindance.

As a GBG holder and future SDL holder (oh and before you make any comment I am happy to buy into SDL via market if necesssary) I am sick of hearing from those who don't even own any of either stock speculate. I agree with AG1945, as shareholders we don't know what is going on behind the scenes. Both companies are run by the same man, who knows what he is doing, otherwise why invest in either? One surely had checked his credentials out before purchasing stock in either and believe he can do the job he is employed to do. ie To bring both company's major projects into fruition by the best means possible, hence merger.

If you don't want the merger as a shareholder, I suggest you get out now, because I reckon this is a done deal! Otherwise as a SDL holder do you want to pay $15mill to get out?
