In regards to your response to my earlier post, I understand what you are saying. The confidentially issue might be a reason for the lack of disclosure.
However, as a representative of Nkwe, PL should at least provide a brief note to the market. He does not have to give specific details, but at least a general statement like "...due to protracted negotiations, Nkwe does not expect to relist until..." or whatever.
Have a look at the second last paragraph of the 1st page of the ASX release dated 17th December 2010. (By the way, that is the right date... not an amended date or a rushed mistake).
If PL is not going to deliver the said material, I would rather him not suggest it in the first place.
