i do agree with with Joe about the land- Even though its only the first series of land secured they did mention the second will be completed next week and I really doubt that this has fallen through. Highly unlikely IMO...

As for a producing mine? No idea, however lets understand what material trasaction means. IMO it sounds as if they have entered into an agreement to acquire/purchase a good. It could very well be more land, though why the TD? It sounds as if its fairly significant either way, and likely to be more positive from what are hearing from management.
