the conference consensus was that the premium for hydroxide over carbonate will be eroded possibly to parity. Also just because we’re sitting at $250 million market cap doesn’t mean we’re available at that price, I doubt management would even start talks for an SP less than 30 cents, also consider that the debt would also need paying off so adds $172 million to any take over offer price.
