Flying is getting too expensive. Fuel consumption is about 580 liters per hour at 40 - 50 cents per litre. Pure flying time to Oz from London is about 36 hours.
With pittance GGG is paying him for consulting, its just not worth it. Remember, most consultant's billing is about $ 500 per hour, so GGG has only 40 hours a month call on him.
