Shareholder update from April this year:
Global FMCG
Negotiations and discussions with the global FMCG, previously announced by the Company are
proceeding to the satisfaction of the Company. OBJ’s technical team is working with their international
brand groups to determine the scope of the collaborative development programs going forward.
This scope has evidently emerged as an exclusive multi-product Joint Development Agreement in May this year.
Going back to the notice of the AGM 2011 in August last year :
OBJ Limited (ASX:OBJ) is pleased to announce that a global FMCG company has
commenced negotiations with the Company for a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for
the development and commercialisation of new products in the consumer health and
beauty fields utilising OBJ’s three core technologies
In September 2010, the Company entered into a Strategic Alliance with a global FMCG
company to explore applications for the Company’s technologies across a wide range of
consumer product platforms.
This leaves little doubt that our Global FMCG is indeed P&G with which we had a Strategic Alliance prior to our JDA for multiple products in the field of beauty care.
