Thanks for the responses guys/gals. For the time being I've decided to simply continue to watch CXY.
The MOU is a positive step, but as others have said, they are generally not worth the paper they are written on. Pre GFC 2008 there would have been a jump, but not these days, execution is the name of the game. One just has to look at LNC to see that (still hoping for a very very merry xmas there, but time will tell on that as well).
I hope the Court case is resolved in Cougars favour, for not only Cougar's sake, but for UCG in general to bring home to the public that this is a safe, clean process. I still don't see a result until some time in 2013. There is a definite short term gamble there with potential, but for myself, no need to hurry into it yet as far as I can see.
