Just a wild guess, but was NEGI going to be announced last Monday as thought, but then delayed until Tuesday 17th so not only Giles can crow about it but also our PM back from overseas? NEGI is after all a huge project affecting a huge slice of the country and will create jobs big time just when we need them so badly. As I said , just a thought so don't take this too seriously, but it is all about timing with the polices.
