is it possible that the recent sp spike which is still holding two weeks in might be due to Prana having submitted their piece to the FDA re lifting the PCH ?
Somebody mentioned awhile ago they do not have to advise the market on doing this rather on the outcome
If so news perhaps in a couple more weeks ?
does the 30 day clock include weekends or working days only ?
all just random speculative thoughts
