By the way - the rads not being able to be paid is more a risk for the shareholders, than the residents, as there is a government guarantee. But I am old enough to remember when the state bank of VIC collapsed, and it took quite a while for the government to come good on the guarantees, inflation was very high at that time - so was a shortfall in real money.
