Net tangible assets per assets as at 30 June 2019 was 14 cents (see japara annual report).
I suspect that the forecast SP is thereabouts, particularly when they announce a further decline in occupacy rates, therefore operating income, therefore a cut to the dividend in order to preserve cash flow.
This is from someone who holds a considerable number of shares having accumulated them at regular intervals (dollar cost averaging) from when they were $2.60. If someone had told me at $2.60 that one day the shares would be on offer at 63c then I would laughed/ cried.
I am sooo disappointed with the Board and management. My only hope is for the Board to resign, and for new management to be appointed, and pull back from their green/ brown field development.
