I think the government are going to have to step in and help this sector. Did anyway resolve the actual NAV issue. In the situation that the whole group was wound up then you would only get 13c all the RAD would have to be repaid which is cheap funding. However, I suspect another provider would step in and take over and that would realise more. We need age care centres.
