    I think that you are incorrect with your assumption.

    Phil did not have all his holdings of 47m shares tied up with Opes (some in his name and some in Panopus).

    If he did then he would have no shares at present other than the new ones he purchased recently. If you read the last ASX Announcement it states that the shares he "sold" ( sold by ANZ) were the ones registered under Panopus.

    Can anyone confirm the accuracy of what I am saying?
