    They have 2 scenarious at the moment. Win or lose court case.

    Win - they have accumulated 20m in their own name (NOT OPES). They know that ADY will rise so in time they can sell and make money.

    Lose - They have accumlated enough stock to hand it back without having to force the price up and buy high.
