The numbnut board never gives the shareholders up front info, so all this speculation about what can or should happen is an absolute waste of time.
Why did TH pull the plug. Probably because he knows the company is going nowhere and the best chance of his shares being worth more than 4.4 cents is a takeover which he expects to happen.
