guys, because a director is invovled in scarborough deal, i suspect it will need shareholder approval.
we have the power to knock it down, just like we did with remuneration report.
i demand the company to release information on its gearing levels, whether it has breached debt covenants and its liquidity position.
i also demand a very good explanation on why we should dilute our NTA by 20% simply to reduce debt by $60m.
